I got some Comply tips and they're great. Was weary of the idea of foam tips at first. I am pretty used to the feeling of earplugs though and it hasn't been an issue. Frankly they're TOO good sometimes, I've been startled by people trying to get my attention more than once.

I switched to Comply foam tips and they stay in a lot better. Not perfect, but the best fit I've had with in-ear headphones ever. The only ones that stay in better are the OG Airpods with no noise cancelling. The shape fits my ear perfectly. Anything that goes in the ear canal? Always pops out eventually.

Comply foam tips make all IEMs all-day wearable in my experience. It's surprising how much of a difference in comfort they can make.
Doesn’t like it
Somewhat regularly I'm tempted to try custom IEMs. I have tried various universal ones and they're always terribly uncomfortable, after an hour or so they have to come out so my ears can recover. Even with comply foam tips, sized so they're just tight enough to make a good seal. Drives my ears insane. If custom IEMs fixed that issue for me, it would be worth it.

I'd recommend the Monoprice Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Noise Isolating Earphones with the Comply TX-400 foam tips. You'd be amazed at the sound these earbuds can put out. https://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=108&cp_id=10823&cs_id... http://www.complyfoam.com/products/Tx-400/ Good luck with the search!
