I guess Bose QuietComfort (hinted at by the bold font). These are ON ear headphones. Not ideal for me personally. These will hurt after an hour or so depending on your ears I guess. I prefer the Sleepbuds II (see below also)

I have been on a similar journey. The Bose headphones are nice, but hard to sleep with and they are ON-ear, which hirt my ears after an hour or so. The Bose Sleepbuds are okish, the best of all the products I tried, sadly discontinued. There was(is?) a reboot of the same product but do not have experience with those [0]. Anyone tried those ‘soft’ headband looking headphones for sleeping? Tips welcome [0] https://ozlosleep.com/

The Bose sleepbuds were helpful for me in masking snoring sounds. I found conventional earbuds too uncomfortable the way they seal, while these make up for the lack of perfect seal with white noise. Looks like the product has been recently spun out to a new company. https://www.theverge.com/2023/8/22/23837206/ozlo-sleepbuds-b...

For white/brown noise nothing beats the Bose Sleepbuds. They are the only earbuds I've tried where I can actually sleep on the side with my ear against the pillow.

I used to wear earplugs, but I find that the bose sleepbuds are more effective at blocking out sound. The problem I found was that earplugs let in deep, bass sounds - like the thud of the floorboards in the flat above me as my neighbour jumps up from bed in the depth of the night. Apparently because low frequency sounds travel well through bone, reaching your inner ear sideways. See here: https://earplugstore.typepad.com/got_ears_get_informed/2020/... Which earplugs do you use though?

a) Satechi Dock5 Station - holds and charges your phone, tablet, computer and AirPods. Wake up and everything is charged. b) Bose Sleepbuds II - comfortable, tiny earbuds that last all night and play white noise or repeating melodies. c) Anker PowerConf - video conferencing speaker which means you aren't having to fiddle with headphones and the giant red light makes it easy to see when you're muted. d) Mogics Power Donut - combination travel adapter, power extension board, extension cable and USB hub in one tiny device.

If anyone else is looking for something to help block noise or relax while sleeping, I recommend also taking a look at the 2nd gen Bose sleep buds. They’re great if you’re a side sleeper and wouldn’t be able to wear headphones to bed. They fit quite well in my ears. Now big caveat: they don’t stream audio and they aren’t noise canceling. They only play looping sounds that you download from the Bose sleep app. That said, I’ve found them to be helpful in staying asleep. Pricey also, but if it helps you sleep, it’s worth trying in my opinion.
