I was looking for this before I posted. If anyone is looking for one of these standalone, outside of a full build, I bought a Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G about a year or 2 ago from AliExpress. It's been running a homeserver 24x7 since then and I never had any issues with it. YMMV of course.

it took me around half a year to get an AMD integrated GPU working on linux AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 8700GE w/ Radeon 780M Graphics the solution was adding amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffff7fff to the command line. Before that I could reliably crash the driver with firefox.

I initially got somewhat frequent hangs on Fedora with a Radeon 680M iGPU (in a Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U APU). The hangs stopped when I added amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10 to kernel boot options, based on some comments in an AMD Linux driver bug report [1]. That seems to disable panel self-refresh so it would seem to be related to that somehow. Stability has been fine since. The bug report has since been closed but I haven't tested in a while to see if disabling PSR is still needed or if the issue has actually been fixed. I haven't seen significant stability issues on Windows, although I don't use it much on the AMD device. [1] https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/2443

I personally have at 43-45W idle… >Corsair SF450 PSU >ASRock Rack X570D4U w/BMC >AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 5750GE (8C 3.2/4.6 GHz) >128GB DDR4-2666 ECC >Intel XL710-DA1 (40Gbps) >LSI/Broadcom 9500-8i HBA >64GB SuperMicro SATA DOM >2 SK Hynix Gold P31, 2TB NVMe SSD >8 Hitachi 7200rpm, 16TB HDD >3 80mm fans, 2 40mm fans, CPU cooler That was an at the time modern “Zen 3” (using Zen 2 cores) system on an X570 chipset. The CPU mostly goes in 1L ultra SFF systems. TDP is 35W, and under stress testing the CPU tops out around around 38.8-39W. The onboard BMC is about 3.2-3.3W of power consumption itself. Most data ingest and reads comes from the SSD cache, with that being more around 60W for high throughput. Under very high loads (saturating the 40Gbps link) with all disks going, only hits about 110-120W. By comparison, a 6-bay Synology was over double that idle power consumption, and couldn’t come close to that throughput.

I just ordered few days ago a AMD 6850U based minipc (still on it's way). 15 watts TDP, 8 zen3+ cores at 2.7-4.7 GHz. On paper very good fit for minipc. Obviously zen4/5 would be nicer, but those are more difficult to find. Big reason why I wanted AMD is that Intel officially supports only 16GB RAM on these N series chips. Also AMD has 20 gen4 PCIe lanes vs 9 gen3 lanes for Intel. https://www.techpowerup.com/cpu-specs/ryzen-7-pro-6850u.c276...
